Downtown Sewer Extension (North Alley)

As part of the downtown sewer initiative, the City extended gravity sewer lines by 662 feet north of McKey Street to serve six downtown businesses and one residential home on McKey Street.

Converting customers from septic systems to City Sewer Services ensures waste water is safely transported and treated at our Wastewater Treatment Facility. It also supports the City’s efforts to protect Ocoee’s natural resources by reducing nitrogen discharge into the Wekiva Basin- the watershed that the majority of Ocoee is a part of. This project was completed in late 2021.
