Ocoee Logo

As part of Governor Ron DeSantis’ Executive Order, Phased Reopening Plan, Ocoee City Hall will be open to the public on a limited basis starting on June 1, 2020.

City Hall will be open to the public during normal business hours on Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.  The city is committed to continuing its efforts to flatten the curve. Anyone entering City Hall must wear a protective face covering that conforms to the CDC’s recommendations. Visitors will be required to strictly observe social distancing. Access to City Hall will be limited to those services that require extensive personal interaction with staff, such as to establish a utility account or discuss a planned construction project.

We encourage the public to continue using the City Hall utility payment drop boxes, mail payments or pay online. These payment options reduce the need for in-person contact. For a complete list of methods of payment, visit https://www.ocoee.org/353/Methods-of-Payment. For building permits, development plans and inspections, citizens should continue to use the city’s electronic system at permits.ocoee.org. For all local businesses tax applications and inquiries, contact inspections@ocoee.org. All forms and documents can be found at https://www.ocoee.org/177/Building-Applications-Forms.

The public is encouraged to make appointments to discuss specific needs.
