North Lakeshore Drive and East Oakland Avenue
The intersection of North Lakeshore Drive and East Oakland Avenue will be closed starting Thursday, September 23, 2021. This closure will be for the relocation of the city’s water main around an existing storm structure in preparation for the East Oakland Avenue Road construction.
