[ARCHIVED] Food Trucks and Movie in the Park on August 21

Bring a lawn chair and blanket, sit back, relax and enjoy Ocoee’s Food Truck Friday and Movie in the Park.

Held the third Friday of each month at Bill Breeze Park, 125 North Lakeshore Drive, the August 21 event includes the following: food trucks from 6:00 p.m.– 9:00 p.m.; free tours of the historic Withers-Maguire House, 16 East Oakland Avenue, from 6:00 p.m.– 8:00 p.m.; and the movie Home, at 8:30 p.m.

Several food trucks will offer gourmet treats including tamales, cheese steaks, Krispy Kreme hamburgers, lobster rolls, barbeque pulled pork, crepes, swedish burgers and more. Movies will show on a 20' x 12' outdoor screen.

The Friends of Ocoee History Preservation will give the tours of the Withers-Maguire House. Built in 1888, the house is of a Gothic Stick style with Florida heart pine wood floors throughout the interior of the home which is encompassed by a wrap-around porch.
