Palm Drive Realignment

The Silver Star Road Complete Streets Study found that the intersection of Palm Drive and Ocoee Apopka Road was causing traffic impacts.

Clarke Road Widening

The City is working with Lennar to widen Clarke Road north of AD Mims Road from two-lanes to a 4-lane urban section.

Intersection improvements, including turn lanes, will help with traffic movement. The new roadway will include landscape medians and an 8’ sidewalk, connecting neighborhoods to the West Orange Trail.

N Lakewood Ave / E Oakland Ave Reconstruction

The City is making improvements to the stormwater system on N Lakewood Avenue and E Oakland Avenue in order to treat stormwater before it reaches Starke Lake.

The improvement project also includes a new brick roadway surface,15 on-street parking spaces, and 10’sidewalks.
