In its continued efforts to "Green Up" Fifty West, the Ocoee Community Redevelopment Agency began the South Blackwood Avenue Refresh Project on Monday, November 5th and wrapped up before the Thanksgiving holiday. This refresh included replacing dead palms and declining plants, adding grasses, improving the irrigation, and adding fresh layer of mulch.
