Contesting a Citation

You have the right to contest a Parking Violation within 14 calendar days after the date the ticket was issued.

Contest Process

1. Complete the Contesting Affidavit (PDF)
2. Notarize the Affidavit
3. Attach any photographs, diagrams, or other materials you deem relevant to the infraction
4. Return all materials with a $10 fee via cash or money order
