Recycling is encouraged by the City of Ocoee; recycling service is provided every other week and can be found by viewing the Map of Recycle Zones (PDF).

Collection Day

If you are a resident of Ocoee and you need to find out your recycling collection day, please look at the Map of Recycle Zones (PDF) and the Recycle Calendar (PDF). If you have further questions then call the Public Works Department at 407-905-3170.

Problems or Questions with Service

To report a missed pick up or issues related to solid waste, please use one of the following methods:

  • Submit a service ticket in our Citizen Support Center.
  • Download and submit a service ticket through the GovAlert app.   
  • Email the Sanitation team at pwsanitation@ocoee.org.
  • Calling Public Works at 407-905-3170.
