Engineering/Utility InspectionsTo call in for an inspection for drainage, driveway, sidewalk,
water, sewer, stormwater, reuse, curb and gutter, paving, and
pool:

At the recording, press 3 for building, zoning, inspections,
etc.

Press 2 for inspections

Press 2 for drainage, utilities, etc.

If an inspection needs to be cancelled, you can cancel prior to
7:00 a.m. by repeating procedure above. After 7:00 a.m. call
407.905.3100 ext 9-1505 to cancel.
Inspector’s hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr's. Birthday
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- Day before or after Christmas
Commercial projects will be allowed to ask for an a.m. or p.m.
inspection. This consideration will be revoked if the general
contractor and his subcontractors do not meet their own
schedule.
Please do not have subcontractors call in for inspections. The
general contractor/superintendent/project manager is our contact
person on your project.
