The City of Ocoee's Annual Founders' Day Festival is a free two day event that will take place at Bill Breeze Park, 125 North Lakeshore Drive.
Whether you're young or young at heart, a history buff, a music lover, or like to browse through a maze of arts and crafts vendors, there is something for everyone planned for this year's festival.
What's Going On
Visit downtown Ocoee during our Annual Ocoee Founders' Day Festival. Stroll or drive through the area with its turn of the century (19th and 20th centuries) homes bordering brick streets and relive early days. This area stretches from State Road 50 on the south to Silver Star Road on the north, west to Bowness Road and east to Starke Lake.
Families can enjoy a wide variety of fun activities including carnival rides, a spectacular fireworks show, games, food vendors, arts and crafts at the Marketplace, family fishing tournament, classic car show and the Chick-fil-A 5k and Kids Fun Run which benefits the Smile for a Lifetime West Orange Chapter.
The Classic Car Show in downtown Ocoee on Bluford Avenue. All special interest cars, trucks and motorcycles are welcome.
The City of Ocoee and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) will be team up to host a family fishing event which is open to everyone. Awards, ribbons, and other prizes are awarded.
The Ocoee Police Department, in conjunction with the Ocoee Founders’ Day Festival Committee, will host the annual Founders’ Day Festival Poker Run. This run will feature motorcyclists, classic cars and hot rods driving to five stations to collect playing cards, and the driver with the best poker hand wins.
