Ocoee has a 150-year-old tradition as a place where Central Floridians can grow successful businesses and cultivate rich, abundant lives. Since 1995, our community has grown from 18,000 residents to over 38,000 in population to become the third largest city in Orange County. We have enough land available to expand to over 75,000 residents, and we encourage quality growth with low fees and expedited permitting. Please take a few moments to learn more about our community and see why it is a great place in which to locate within the Orlando Metro Area.
