Utilities Department Mission Statement


It is the mission of this department to:
  • Provide and maintain quality utility services to, including water, sewer, and reclaimed water, which meet or exceed all regulatory standards
  • Plan future growth of utility services in accordance with the projected growth of the city
  • Leave everything better than we find it, making green improvements to keep water conservation in mind and reduce our carbon footprint

Sensus Customer Portal Now Available to Customers with Smart Meters


The Sensus Customer Portal is now available for all customers whose water meters have already been upgraded to the smart meter system. Meter upgrades for all customers are scheduled to be complete by July 4th. Please call 407-905-3159 if you have any questions.

Next Rain Barrel Workshop to be Held on October 6th


The next Rain Barrel Workshop will be held on Saturday, October 6th at the Utilities Administration office, across from the Jim Beech Recreation Center at 1800 A D Mims Road. The event will take place from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Space is limited and the workshop is open to Ocoee residents only. Residents must pre-register by calling 407.554.7229; registration will be open from Tuesday, September 4th until 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 2nd.
